Thermal disinfection

According to DIN 1988-200, disinfection of the drinking water and the drinking water installation is not necessary in principle if it is planned, implemented and operated correctly.

Nevertheless, the hot water and circulation system must be planned and constructed in such a way that thermal disinfection at 70 °C is possible. Proof of function must be provided by means of pipework calculations.
