Ring network

The ring network is a special form of meshed pipe network. The main pipeline is designed as an enclosing pipework ring. This means that the consumers can be supplied from at least two sides. The system offers a high level of supply reliability and fluctuations in consumption can be easily equalised. From a technical point of view, the ring network is the ideal pipe network that fulfils all requirements. However, the installation costs are noticeably higher than for a branched or meshed system.
