Static regulating valve

With static circulation regulating valves (e.g. a KEMPER MULTI-FIX-PLUS), the valve is initially dimensioned using the k_v value or the required valve data (required circulation volume flow and required pressure difference across the valve for the respective line). This data can then be used to determine the required valve setting value from the respective valve characteristic curve.

As only the first regulating valve in the flow direction may be thermostatic in circulation circuits, a static regulating valve must be provided for systems with several hydraulic levels. The volume flows are set manually at the valve on the basis of defined valve setting values.
