Sampling point / sampling valve
The sampling points must be located at least at the outlet of the drinking water heater, at the inlet of the circulation pipe into the drinking water heater and at a suitable number of representative, peripheral sampling points. The tapping points in the periphery of the drinking water installation should be located in areas with misting (e.g. showers) and have disinfectable sampling valves.
In accordance with DVGW worksheet W 551, the number of samples required for the orientating test must be selected so that each riser is covered.
