Utilisation unit

A utilisation unit is a room with tapping points in a residential building (e.g. bathroom, kitchen, utility room) or also in a non-residential building if it is assumed to be used in a similar way to a flat (bathrooms in a hotel, retirement home, hospital ward, etc.). The use is characterised by the fact that a maximum of two tapping points are open at the same time.
