Aggravating factor rinsing and cleaning agents

Flushing and cleaning agents influence the grease separator design. For the use of flushing and cleaning agents, different factors are taken into account for the design in accordance with DIN EN 1825-2 Table 2. If no rinsing and cleaning agents are used, an aggravation factor of 1.0 is used. If flushing and cleaning agents are used occasionally or constantly, a severity factor of 1.3 is used. A severity factor greater than or equal to 1.5 is used for detergents and cleaning agents in special cases, such as hospitals.
