Wastewater lifting unit for limited use
The wastewater lifting unit for limited use in accordance with DIN EN 12050-3, also known as small lifting units, ensures backflow-proof building drainage below the backflow level. Systems with a smaller usable volume than 20 litres are used.
The small lifting unit automatically collects and lifts the faecal and faecal-free wastewater above the backflow level. All discharging drainage objects must be located in the same room as the small lifting unit.
Small lifting units for wastewater containing faeces may only be used if there is another toilet above the backflow level and a maximum of one additional wash hand basin, shower or bidet is connected. No other drainage objects may be connected directly or indirectly.
Small lifting units for faecal-free wastewater may only be used if a maximum of one wash hand basin, one sink and one additional drainage object, such as a bathtub, shower, urinal, washing machine or dishwasher, are connected. No other drainage objects may be connected directly or indirectly.
