Dashboard (Circulation Simulation)

The Dashboard (Simulation) window manages the simulation results.

The Dashboard is divided into individual coloured buttons. If a button is highlighted in green, the results are within the optimal range. If buttons are highlighted in yellow, the simulation results are in the borderline area between the optimal and non-optimal ranges. If, on the other hand, a button is highlighted in red, the results are not optimal. If buttons are highlighted in grey, these values are purely for information purposes and have no further function. The ‘No results’ message is displayed when no results are available.

ButtonDescriptionPhysical unit
TWE, CHPDisplays the permissible temperature range of the selected domestic hot water heater or chilled water cooler. Clicking on the button takes you to the Domestic Hot Water Heater dialogue box.[°C]
Min. temp.Displays the lowest temperature in the system. Clicking the button highlights the relevant section in blue.[°C]
PumpDisplays the selected operating point of the pump. Clicking the button takes you to the Pump Settings dialogue box.[hPa]/[l/h]
Hydraulically balanced circuitsDisplays the number of hydraulically balanced circuits as a proportion of all circulation circuits. -
Control levelsShows the number of control levels.-
Max. dp. thermostatic valveDisplays the maximum pressure drop of the thermostatic valve. Clicking the button selects the thermostatic valve with the highest pressure drop .[hPa]
Max. dp. static valveDisplays the maximum pressure drop of the static valve. Clicking the button selects the static valve with the highest pressure drop .[hPa]
Max. flow velocityDisplays the maximum flow velocity. Clicking the button selects the section with the maximum flow velocity.[m/s]
Average specific heat lossDisplays the specific heat loss. Clicking the button selects the corresponding section.[W/m]
Heat lossDisplays the total heat loss of the pipe network.[W]
