The CAD Performance Tool is a tool for the automated revision of plans to improve performance.

  - 3D view
    The 3D view window displays a 3D overview of the currently captured or calculated drawing. The bidirectional link with the drawing ensures that the currently selected object is always visible in the drawing and in the view window.
  - Wastewater lifting unit
    The component Wastewater lifting unit is used to integrate components that are drained via the wastewater lifting unit in the drawing.
  - Design options (waste water)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Design options (heating)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Design options (drinking water)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Construction stages
    You can divide a drawing into construction stages so that you can later create a material extract according to construction stages.
  - Component properties
    In the Edit and Calculate work perspective, your selection in the drawing is highlighted in colour. Section properties and component properties can be displayed and edited differently from the global project settings.

    The component filter allows you to quickly filter the selected components in the drawing.
  - Edit labelling
    The predefined labelling features can be configured in the text field {Platzhalter} for features and constant text.

    - Configuration selection dialogue
      In the configuration selection dialogue, you can select and execute an existing configuration or create, rename, delete, import, export and edit configurations.

    The simulation is divided into a circulation simulation for hot and cold water and a water withdrawal simulation.

Colour/Layer

All layers

Make settings here that are to be applied to all layers.

Unlock

Unlocks all layers to enable editing.
Visible

Switches all layers to visible.

Assigns the set colour to all layers.

Assign the listed elements their own colour.

Note:

The colour assignment also applies to elements that are defined in blocks.

Tip:

To ensure that the layer colours have an influence on the elements, Dendrit recommends STUDIO selecting the colours ofBlock orLayer.

Tip:

Create your own layers by entering a new layer name in the drop-down menu. The new layer is created when the rule is executed in the drawing.
