The CAD Performance Tool is a tool for the automated revision of plans to improve performance.

  - 3D view
    The 3D view window displays a 3D overview of the currently captured or calculated drawing. The bidirectional link with the drawing ensures that the currently selected object is always visible in the drawing and in the view window.
  - Wastewater lifting unit
    The component Wastewater lifting unit is used to integrate components that are drained via the wastewater lifting unit in the drawing.
  - Design options (waste water)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Design options (heating)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Design options (drinking water)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Construction stages
    You can divide a drawing into construction stages so that you can later create a material extract according to construction stages.
  - Component properties
    In the Edit and Calculate work perspective, your selection in the drawing is highlighted in colour. Section properties and component properties can be displayed and edited differently from the global project settings.
  - Component filter
    The component filter allows you to quickly filter the selected components in the drawing.
  - Edit labelling
    The predefined labelling features can be configured in the text field {Platzhalter} for features and constant text.

    - Configuration selection dialogue
      In the configuration selection dialogue, you can select and execute an existing configuration or create, rename, delete, import, export and edit configurations.

    The Schematic Generator makes it possible to design a complete wiring diagram without any CAD experience. In a floor plan drawing, the Schematic Generator is not active.
  - Simulation
    The simulation is divided into a circulation simulation for hot and cold water and a water withdrawal simulation.
  - Section properties

    The Insert drawing reference function guides you through the settings for inserting a drawing reference.

View

Remove invisible elements

Can reduce the file size of the drawing if there are invisible elements in the drawing. Invisible elements can be created by applications

Note:

Invisible elements may have been created by external applications; they cannot be displayed using CAD onboard tools. The rule does not apply to the visibility switching of layers; invisible layers and their contents are retained.

BKS World

Resets the user coordinate system to the world coordinate system. (see Rotate user coordinate system to 0°)

2D wireframe

Changes the render setting of the CAD system to 2D wireframe modelling. (cf. _View3DWire2D)

Zoom limits

Zooms to the largest possible display of all objects in the drawing. (cf. Zoom limits)

Top view

Sets the view to top view in the world coordinate system. (see _Top)
