Safety valve
The safety valve serves as protection against exceeding the maximum operating pressure and must be fitted to the heat generator in accordance with DIN EN 12828. If there is no safety valve on the heat generator at the factory, a safety valve must be fitted as close as possible to the heat generator in accordance with DIN EN 12828. If the response pressure of the safety valve is reached, the heating fluid can be drained and the pressure in the heating system is reduced.
