Creates concentric circles, parallel lines and parallel curves

Command name: _Offset
You can use _Offset to create a new parallel object at a specified distance from an existing object.
- Select the object you want to edit.
- Specify the distance at which the parallel lines of the new object should be created. To do this, click on the first object and drag the mouse to the desired distance. Click again to set the distance.
- Select the side of the original object on which the parallel object is to be created.
