Defines an invisible drawing limit in the drawing area
Button: 
Command name: _limits
Use _limits to set an optical limit for the grid display.
- Specify the bottom left-hand corner of the drawing limit.
- Set the top right-hand corner of the drawing limit.

Confirm the drawing boundary by clicking the left mouse button.
