Material editor
With the material editor, CALHYDRA supports you with convenient and fast determination of your dimensions.
CAD window
The CAD window provides a quick visual overview and filter option of the dimensions used in your project drawings.

    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Design options (heating)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.

    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Construction stages
    You can divide a drawing into construction stages so that you can later create a material extract according to construction stages.
  - Component properties
    In the Edit and Calculate work perspective, your selection in the drawing is highlighted in colour. Section properties and component properties can be displayed and edited differently from the global project settings.
  - Component filter
    The component filter allows you to quickly filter the selected components in the drawing.
  - Drainage areas
    The Drainage areas window in the Drainage section is divided into two tabs.
  - Find function
    CALHYDRA has a parameterised search function that supports you when searching for drawn sections and components in the drawing and when selecting products.

    With the preview of the calculation output, CALHYDRA supports you in customising the calculation output.

    With the preview of the mass statement, CALHYDRA supports you in customising the printout of the masses.

    With the material editor, CALHYDRA supports you with convenient and fast determination of your dimensions.
    - Display masses
      The masses with the respective prices for your project are displayed in a structured view. Various functions are available within the display.

      The CAD window provides a quick visual overview and filter option of the dimensions used in your project drawings.
      - Top
        Displays the drawing from the top
      - Bottom
        Displays the drawing from below
      - Left
        Displays the drawing from the left
      - Right
        Displays the drawing from the right
      - Front
        Displays the drawing from the front
      - Rear view
        Displays a rear view of the drawing
      - NO
        Displays the drawing in the isometric north-east view
      - NW
        Displays the drawing in the isometric view north-west
      - SO
        Displays the drawing in the isometric view south-east

        Displays the drawing in the isometric view south-west

      - Orbit CAD views
        The orbit for changing your CAD view is located in the top right-hand corner of your drawing.
    - View
      The View area provides functions for organising the view in the material editor. The mass display is updated immediately after selecting the desired option.
    - Filter
      In the Filter area, the project parts list is restricted to selected content.
    - Printer
      The GAEB export and other print options are available in the Printer area.

    The options wizard guides you through the settings for the design.

    The Insert drawing reference function guides you through the settings for inserting a drawing reference.

CAD window

The CAD window provides a quick visual overview and filter option of the dimensions used in your project drawings.

If you select one or more items from the list of materials, an overview of the drawing from your project in which the materials are located is displayed in the CAD window. The selected objects are highlighted in magenta in the CAD window.

You can zoom and select objects in the CAD window as usual. You can also switch between the individual CAD views using the buttons and change your view using the orbit. If you select objects in the CAD window, the list of dimensions is limited to the selection you have just made. Your selection is highlighted in green in the CAD window.

The button cancels your selection in the CAD window. The button zooms to the boundaries of the respective drawing.
