Design options (heating)
Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
Hydraulic balancing (heating design options)
Settings for valve authorities and other settings for hydronic bal ancing are made in the hydronic balancing area under Calculation.

    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.

    - Pipes/insulation (heating design options)
      The Pipes/Insulation section under Recording allows you to customise individual definitions for each section type.

      The Pipe rows area under Recording provides an overview of individual pipe systems and enables individual adjustments to be made in the pipe system.

      The links to the respective product sequence are defined by component category in the Manufacturer catalogues area under Entry. Prefixes for the labelling are also defined.

      The maximum flow velocities and the average pressure gradient for each network section are defined in the Network section under Calculation.

      In the Decentralised DHW heating section, the formulas used to calculate and use the simultaneity factors for decentralised DHW heating for the home stations are specified.

Thermostatic valves

Select the valve authority ranges from the drop-down menus or enter the values in the input fields.
Deactivate the Preset return screw fitting checkbox if no pressure is to be throttled via the return screw fitting and the degree of opening of the return screw fitting is to be 100 %.
In the Warning at residual pressure greater than input field, enter the point at which a warning message should be issued.
If the residual pressure in the flow path exceeds the entered value, a warning message is issued in the Messages window.

Select the valve authority ranges from the drop-down menus or enter the values in the input fields.
