Multi-boiler systems
Our software now enables the detailed modelling and planning of multi-boiler systems, including integration into the tried-and-tested Tichelmann system, which ensures uniform hydraulic balancing between the heat generators.
In addition, bivalent systems and systems with redundancy can now also be modelled conveniently and realistically.

Diaphragm expansion vessels in multi-boiler systems
Particular attention was paid to the revision of the diaphragm expansion vessel (MAG) design during the implementation of multi-boiler systems.
This is now carried out specifically for multi-boiler systems and is based on the recommendations of the current guidelines published by Reflex Winkelmann GmbH. This ensures an even more precise and safer design.
When integrating heat exchangers, it must be noted in future that each system separated by a heat exchanger must be protected separately. This means that a separate safety group is required for each side of the system to ensure operation in accordance with standards.
In contrast, systems with a hydraulic diverter do not require a separate MAG, as the diverter acts as a hydraulic neutral point, thereby allowing for shared protection.
