Revision cloud

Creates a revision cloud from a polyline

Button:

Command name: _revisionCloud

Specify the arc width.
Specify the starting point of the revision cloud.
Draw the revision cloud with the mouse pointer
The command ends automatically when you reach the starting point of the revision cloud.
