Displays the project-specific simulation settings

Button:

Command name: EditSimulationProjectSettings

Make your desired adjustments in the Project settings dialogue.
  • Change the maximum flow velocity of the circulation pipe in m/s.
  • Change the maximum flow velocity within the hygiene system in m/s.
    Note:
    This value does not affect the simulation, but is only required for the subsequent check. If this flow velocity is exceeded in a section, a message is displayed.
    Note:
    To avoid noise generation, flow velocities of more than 3.0 m/s should not occur during flushing.
    Note:
    Please note that the flow velocity specified for the calculation is primarily used for dimensioning the pipework. In reality, this flow velocity is usually exceeded by the selection of a real pump. Therefore, the maximum flow velocity in the simulation should not be confused with the flow velocity on which the calculation is based.
  • Click on Reset to reset the project settings to the default values.
    Note:
    After calling up the command, a query dialogue for resetting appears. Once you have confirmed, all changes you have made so far will be discarded.
