Flushes the system with a complete water change

Command name: SimulationFullFlushing
During a complete water change, the system is flushed until the entire network is supplied with fresh water.
Start the simulation of the complete water change.
Flushing is not carried out in real time, but runs in a specified time.
The results are displayed in the flushing log.
