Mass extract
With the preview of the mass statement, CALHYDRA supports you in customising the printout of the masses.
Printer
You can export or print the mass statement.
Export
Numerous export formats for printing the mass extract are available in the Export area.

Export

Numerous export formats for printing the mass extract are available in the Export area.

Click on the Export... button to export the current view of the mass statement.
Navigate to the desired target folder.
If required, enter a new file name and select the file format in which the mass statement is to be saved.
There are several file formats to choose from:

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- JPEG graphics
- Microsoft XPS format
- Multi-Tiff graphics
- Bitmap graphics
- Metafile graphics

Click on Save.
