Delete open spaces in the floor plan

There are two different ways to select and delete open spaces in a floor plan drawing.

  1. Select the open space to be deleted from the drawing.
    1. Select the open space to be deleted in the drawing.
      Note:
      Only a single selection can be made in the table overview.
      The free-form areas are also marked in the Free-form areas window.
    2. Call up the Delete function.
      The selected open spaces are deleted from the drawing and in the table overview in the Open spaces window.
  2. Select the roof areas to be deleted from the table overview in the Drainage areas window on the Open areas tab.
    1. Select the open area to be deleted in the table overview.
      Note:
      Only a single selection can be made in the table overview.
      The open area polygon is selected in the drawing.
    2. Call up the Delete function.
      The selected roof area is deleted from the drawing and from the table overview in the Drainage areas window on the Open areas tab.
Note:
If you have removed open spaces, drains lose their assignment to the deleted open space.
