KTS design module
The KTS design module enables you to dimension the KTS thermal system, a centralised DHW heating system based on the flow-through principle. It only takes three steps to achieve the result, including documentation of the results.

Totals line
In addition to the calculation results for outputs and volume flows, the Totals line tab shows the totals line including a diagram for an overview of the hot water consumption in m³/h.

KTS design module
The KTS design module enables you to dimension the KTS thermal system, a centralised DHW heating system based on the flow-through principle. It only takes three steps to achieve the result, including documentation of the results.
- Determining requirements
  In the first step, demand determination, you define the specific demand for your planning using demand profiles or by specifying manual tapping processes.
- Interim result
  In the second step, ‘Interim result’, a combination of results is determined on the basis of the requirements profiles and the calculation parameters.
- Result
  The third and final step, Results, provides you with comprehensive results documentation.
  - Totals line
    In addition to the calculation results for outputs and volume flows, the Totals line tab shows the totals line including a diagram for an overview of the hot water consumption in m³/h.
  - Principle sketch
    The Principle sketch tab shows a schematic overview of the entire design.
  - Pump characteristic curve
    The Pump curve tab displays the design results for the pump.
  - ThermoTank
    The ThermoTank tab displays the properties of the ThermoTank determined.
  - Calculation results
    The Calculation Results tab displays the design results for the secondary circuit, primary circuit and heating circuit.
  - Documentation
    The Documentation tab provides various result outputs.

Totals line

In addition to the calculation results for outputs and volume flows, the Totals line tab shows the totals line including a diagram for an overview of the hot water consumption in m³/h.

Outputs / volume flows area
- Display of the maximum output of the fresh water station(s) in kW
- Display of the peak demand from the totalisation line in kW
- Display of the time of the peak demand in HH:MM format
- Display of the volume flow (PWH / PWH-C) in l/min
- Hot water consumption range
  - With the Hourly resolution option field, the diagram for hot water consumption is displayed with an hourly resolution.
  - The Minute resolution radio button displays the hot water consumption diagram with a minute resolution.
- Totals line area
  - The totalisation line is displayed with the relationship between the heat quantity in kWh and the time.
  - A diagram of the water consumption is displayed either in hours or minutes.
