The customisable user interface of STUDIO consists of various elements, which are explained in more detail below.

  The building services toolbar is the dynamic command centre of STUDIO.

    - Create a new project
      Creates a new project
    - Open project
      Opens an existing project
    - Recently opened projects
      Displays the most recently opened projects
    - Archive project
      Archives individual project elements or the entire project
    - Restore project from ZIP archive
      Restores a project from an archive

      Archives and sends a project
    - Save project as template
      Saves a project as a template for new projects

- Toolbar
  The toolbar is located at the top of the screen directly below the menu bar.
- Status bar
  The status bar shows the current status of STUDIO.

Send project

Archives and sends a project

Button:

Command name: ZipAndMailProject

Use the checkboxes in the Archive project dialogue to select the project documents to be archived.
In the Archive project dialogue, use the Archive backup files checkbox to select whether you want to archive the backup files or not.
Click on Yes.
Select the file storage location of the ZIP file.
The installed e-mail programme opens and the archived project is in the file attachment and in the specified storage location.
Edit and send the e-mail.
