Hydraulics report
With the preview of the calculation output, STUDIO supports you in customising the calculation output.
Filter (hydraulic report)
In the Filter area, select the pressure levels and flow paths to be displayed in the output in the Drinking water section. In the Heating section, select the RV data and flow paths to be displayed in the output.
Flow paths
You can select the flow paths to be listed in the output in various ways.
Selection in table or drawing
If you call up the Select flow paths from table or drawing option in the drop-down menu, the Select flow paths dialogue opens. By activating the individual checkboxes in the tabular overview, you select the flow paths for the calculation output.

In the Select flow paths dialogue, you can select flow paths directly in the drawing.

  - 3D view
    The 3D view window displays a 3D overview of the currently captured or calculated drawing. The bidirectional link with the drawing ensures that the currently selected object is always visible in the drawing and in the view window.
  - Wastewater lifting unit
    The component Wastewater lifting unit is used to integrate components that are drained via the wastewater lifting unit in the drawing.
  - Design options (waste water)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Design options (heating)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Design options (drinking water)
    Drawing-specific settings relating to your calculation are set in the Design options dialogue.
  - Construction stages
    You can divide a drawing into construction stages so that you can later create a material extract according to construction stages.
  - Component properties
    In the Edit and Calculate work perspective, your selection in the drawing is highlighted in colour. Section properties and component properties can be displayed and edited differently from the global project settings.
  - Component filter
    The component filter allows you to quickly filter the selected components in the drawing.
  - Edit labelling
    The predefined labelling features can be configured in the text field {Platzhalter} for features and constant text.
  - CAD-Performance Tool
    The CAD Performance Tool is a tool for the automated revision of plans to improve performance.
  - Drainage areas
    The Drainage areas window in the Drainage section is divided into two tabs.
  - Find function
    STUDIO has a parameterised search function that supports you when searching for drawn sections and components in the drawing, when selecting smart blocks to insert and when selecting products.
  - Heat load report
    With the preview of the calculation output, STUDIO supports you in customising the calculation output.
  - Hydraulics report
    With the preview of the calculation output, STUDIO supports you in customising the calculation output.
    - Print composition
      You can configure the contents of the calculation output yourself in the print composition.
    - Filter (hydraulic report)
      In the Filter area, select the pressure levels and flow paths to be displayed in the output in the Drinking water section. In the Heating section, select the RV data and flow paths to be displayed in the output.
      - Pressure zones
        The pressure zones are selected by entering them in the text field or by selecting them from the drop-down menu. The pressure zones function is only available in the drinking water section.
      - Flow paths
        You can select the flow paths to be listed in the output in various ways.
        Selection by entering the flow path number
        By entering the flow path number(s) in the Flow paths field in the Filter area of the calculation output, the calculation output is limited to these flow paths.
        Selection in the drop-down menu
        You can use the drop-down menu to select three options for selecting flow paths.
        Selection in table or drawing
        If you call up the Select flow paths from table or drawing option in the drop-down menu, the Select flow paths dialogue opens. By activating the individual checkboxes in the tabular overview, you select the flow paths for the calculation output.

      - RV data
        You can select the RV data (available raw friction pressure gradient) for individual flow paths to be listed in the output in various ways. The RV data function is only available in the Heating trade.

    The simulation is divided into a circulation simulation for hot and cold water and a water withdrawal simulation.

    The Insert drawing reference function guides you through the settings for inserting a drawing reference.

Selecting flow paths in the drawing

In the Select flow paths dialogue, you can select flow paths directly in the drawing.

Select one or more flow paths by clicking on these flow paths one after the other. The selected flow paths are displayed in blue in the drawing.
Drag a frame from the left to mark flow paths that lie within the frame.

Note:
If you have marked an incorrect flow path, you can cancel the selection by holding down the Shift key and clicking on the flow path again.
