Applies the settings of the selected labelling template to an existing labelling

Command name: UpdateLabelling
Applies the settings of the selected labelling template to an existing labelling. Manually adjusted offset and rotation of labelling fields are retained.
Note:
For all design changes, it is recommended to completely recreate the labelling (as nominal width jumps may be shifted, among other things).
